As a coach, I work with individuals to cultivate mindfulness, self-compassion, and successfully achieve sustainable habits for their wellness. My journey to wellness has been a long and winding road. For years I was stuck in diet culture programs (i.e. programs solely rooted in weight-loss) that didn’t genuinely care about me learning to be well. As a result, I found myself anxious, depressed, battling an eating disorder, struggling with perfectionism, and lacking self-trust.
You see, I used to think wellness solely revolved around weight. These days, I know better. Today, I know that in order to be well, you have to learn how to wholeheartedly care for your physical, mental, emotional, environmental, relational, and spiritual healths. As a coach, it is my privilege to help teach others the how to make wellness approachable and sustainable.
From my personal journey, I have experienced the success that comes from adding a coach to your team and having someone walk with you side-by-side through challenges. There is nothing I love more than helping my clients build their confidence and face their fears. I believe that each of my clients deserve to live the life they’ve always dreamed of and I consider it an honor to provide a safe space to help them get there. Plus, as an improviser, I know the power of a good “yes and”. I want to “yes and” your goals and help make them a reality.
