Great question! At its core, coaching is an investment in yourself and your goals. Coaching is a form of future-oriented thinking and as your coach, I will help guide you along the way from where you are in this present moment to where you want to be. Importantly, although coaching can feel very therapeutic sometimes, coaching is not therapy. Unlike coaching, therapy is a practice that is rooted in helping individuals look backwards to examine where they’ve been and help them heal. In contrast, coaching is rooted in taking action towards the future and works to help individuals cultivate behaviors to bring future desired outcomes into the present moment. Yet, in both my personal journey and my client’s journeys, I can attest that coaching and therapy couple very nicely together. In fact, I often recommend my clients consider adding a therapist to their team so they can be well supported.

Individual Coaching
Individual 1:1 coaching provides a high level and intimate coaching experience. With this coaching style, participants work directly with me to dive deeper into specific mindset, habit building, and other wellness related topics. This coaching style is tailored to participant needs and together, we work to identify and overcome roadblocks and growth inhibitors. If you are new to coaching and would like to dive deeper, I recommend booking a 1 hour session with me. To graduates of my coaching programs, I offer a 3-month 1:1 coaching experience.
