  1. Homecoming: A Mindful Self-Compassion Program - A 9-week group coaching program rooted in meditation and self-compassion practices. This program helps you start to develop a more compassionate relationship to self and cultivate the growth mindset you need to be successful when it comes to achieving your goals.

  2. The Wholehearted Living Academy - A 12-week group AND 1:1 coaching program rooted in anti-diet mindset and behavior change. This program is designed to help graduates of Homecoming take action for their overall deep health by caring for their physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual healths.

Homecoming: A Mindful Self-Compassion Program


Mindset matters.

I firmly believe that mindset is the bedrock of living well. I have learned this lesson time and again during the past 6 years as I invested in myself through therapy, personal development training, and certification programs. Through each of these experiences I continued to come back to this simple truth - mindset is at the heart of everything we do. In fact, in my own health and healing journey, I had to learn how to deeply care for my mental and emotional health before I could successfully care for my physical health. It was during this process that meditation came into my life.

Meditation is an ancient mind-body practice that helps you train your mind and cultivate a better relationship with yourself and the world around you. Research shows that meditation helps to reduce stress, enhance self-awareness, generate kindness, and improve your emotional health.

As a certified meditation teacher (with additional training in self-compassion), I created Homecoming: A Mindful Self-Compassion Program (a 9-week group coaching program rooted in meditation) to help participants cultivate:

  • Mindfulness of thoughts and feelings

  • Mindfulness of body and body respect

  • Mindfulness of eating and relationship with food

Let’s get real, diet culture sucks.

Diet culture is a space that erodes self-trust, feeds your inner critic, and keeps you from feeling empowered in your own skin. In short, diets don’t work. If they did, you wouldn’t regularly be searching for the “best diet” option out there. If you’re looking to ditch the diet culture hamster wheel for good and take radical control of your health - welcome, you’ve finally come to the right place.

My passion for this work stems from my struggles in this space. My journey through eating disorder recovery opened my eyes to a world where I could take action towards my health without sacrificing my mental health. In my disordered eating days I thought wellness = weight loss. Today, I know now that true wellness encompasses far more than that and as a certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 and Level 2 Master Health Coach with training in intuitive eating, for over 6 years, I have have worked with and helped women across the globe take radical care of themselves.

In my Wholehearted Living Academy (a 12-week group AND 1:1 program) - I help individuals learn how to start abandoning perfectionism and deeply care for their overall health by taking action and building habits for their:

  • Physical Health

  • Mental Health

  • Emotional Health

  • Relational Health

  • Environmental Health

  • Spiritual Health
