Successful work environments require emotionally healthy individuals. In today’s fast-paced legal landscape, attorney wellness is crucial. As professionals, attorneys face immense pressure, long hours, and high-stakes situations that can take a toll on their mental, emotional, relational, and physical wellbeing. Research in this area confirms these concerns and consistently shows that attorneys struggle with anxiety, depression, chronic stress, substance abuse, and burnout. As a former attorney, I have experienced the stressors faced in the legal field firsthand.
These days, as a mindset coach, meditation teacher, and leadership development professional, it is my honor to work with attorneys and equip them with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to thrive in both the legal field and their life. Successful work environments require emotionally healthy leaders and my programs are rooted in mindset work, mindfulness, self-compassion, and taking a wholehearted approach to wellness.
I consistently receive positive feedback from the individuals I work with in this space and that’s because I can authentically relate to them. I personally know attorney struggles because I’ve experienced them myself. I love partnering with firms, organizations, and bar associations to cultivate uniquely crafted wellness and executive coaching programs tailored to their attorneys’ needs.

Attorney Wellness Programs
I provide both in-person and virtual attorney wellness offerings. Each of these offerings is rooted in mindset, mindfulness, and self-compassion. For all of my programs, I approach attorney wellness from a wholehearted place. To me, a wholehearted approach to wellness looks at all of the factors that impact an individual’s overall wellbeing including their physical, mental, emotional, environmental, relational, and spiritual healths. I provide two types of offerings: (1) CLE and Wellness Presentations and (2) Meditation Programs. Often times, these offerings are combined to create uniquely tailored experiences for participants.
CLE and Wellness Presentations:
As a skilled communicator, I am exceptional at identifying the underlying needs of my clients and work to walk alongside them to implement programs tailored to fit those needs. From there, I work with clients to identify desired topics to be covered in both CLE and general wellness presentations.
Samples of topics covered in sessions include:
Mindset (growth v. fixed mindset)
Perfectionism
Self-compassion v. self-criticism
Instruction on each of the 6 areas related to wholehearted wellness
Meditation Programs:
As a meditation teacher, I help guide attorneys through a wide variety of meditations. Meditation is a crucial modality in helping attorneys learn how to develop the mindset they need to sustainably care for their overall wellbeing. In addition to helping attorneys cultivate mindfulness, meditation is scientifically proven to:
Reduce stress and burnout
Manage anxiety and depression
Improve mental and emotional health
Increase self-awareness
Lower blood pressure and improve overall physical health
